Are you ready to test the newest technology in the Data NFT marketplace? Look no further, as Itheum’s Rumble in the Data Jungle program is back and registration is live!

In July 2022, the first version of the Rumble in the Data Jungle saw huge success with the participation of our global community. Together, we battle tested our Data DEX and unleashed the claims portal on the MultiversX blockchain. Now, we’re back and ready to combat test our revolutionary Data NFT technology.

As a participant, not only will you have the opportunity to influence the development of cutting-edge technology, but you’ll also be rewarded with a place on Itheum’s whitelist for future product rollouts. Plus, you’ll be entered into a sweepstake for a chance to win Mystery Prizes! Additionally, users who successfully participate and work their way up the ranks will be rewarded limited edition Jungle OATs (On-Chain Achievement Tokens).

What are Data NFTs?

As the name suggests, Data NFTs are unique and one-of-a-kind datasets wrapped into a non-fungible token to allow seamless validation and exchange. Essentially, any dataset can be unique, mainly because everyone’s data is different, where owners uniquely experience various effects and influences.

Simply put, wrapping data into an NFT involves converting a hosted data file (called a Data Steam) into a visual representation, usually into an abstract-type image. Converting will be done via an algorithm that will create this abstract image format based on the Data Stream’s metadata, thereby guaranteeing the uniqueness of the image itself.

The specific version of Data NFTs that will be tested as part of this competition is called Data NFT-FTs (Fully Transferable). These Data NFTs are comparable to the perpetual fully transferable license model for “data usage”. Learn more about Data NFTs by reading the whitepaper section here

How can you submit issues/bugs?

In our Discord, an additional “Test Feedback” channel has been created for our participants only. Here, you can submit any bugs or issues that were experienced during the testing of the Data NFT technology. Any feedback here would be valuable, even the tiny details, so please do submit your feedback, as this is why we are doing this.

During the testing phase, you’ll have the chance to test NFT Minting and NFT Wallet, and any feedback or issues encountered can be submitted in our Test Feedback channel on Discord.
