Itheum’s Go-To-Market Strategy
With a growing number of web2 and web3 platforms appearing in the decentralised data and personal data sovereignty space, it is critical for Itheum to have a strong go-to-market strategy. This is required to incentivise more community adoption to align with Itheum and to also stand out from the crowd of competitors.
Our strategy is a mix of enterprise use-cases (Business to Business [B2B] and Business to Business to Consumer [B2B2C]), and what we call “viral” community use-cases (direct to consumer). Itheum is a general-purpose, personal data sovereignty platform; so our go-to-market use cases span multiple industry verticals — like health & wellness, hospitality, corporate wellness, NFTs and collectibles, DeFI, metaverse etc. This is one of Itheum’s core strengths, as our platform can be used to build solutions in any industry that requires access to high value personal data.
In this blog post we will detail the various work-items that form our overall growth strategy.
1) “Global DeFi Census’ program + Data NFTs + Bulk-Selling Data Coalitions
We are working on a new partnership with a research institute to build a “Global DeFi Census” app on Itheum. This app will be built using Itheum’s own User Data Collection and Analytics Toolkit, which is our development toolkit for anyone wanting to build apps that generate and bridge highly valuable personal data from web2 to web3.
The data from this program can be claimed by end-users on Itheum’s Data DEX, who can then mint Data NFTs (to enforce limited access control to their data) and then stake it with our Data Coalitions (bulk selling DAOs) for coordinated bulk sale of the data.
The key components required to enable this use-case are as follows:
User Data Collection and Analytics Toolkit
Our toolkit, which is powered by our Smart Data Types technology is already a very mature product available in the market and hosts production grade industry apps like OKPulse, Red Heart Challenge and many more
Data NFTs provide “inner value” to NFTs in the form of limited access to data assets. We have completed development of our base Data NFT product and continue working on improving our “generative art wrapper” (this art wrapper is the “front-end” to your data that provides the viral collectible element to this product. As each data pack is unique to the user — the generative art is also 100% unique and rare) and our “Data NFT marketplace” (our own marketplace where you can trade Data NFTs — this marketplace also integrates with OpenSea).
Some short demos of this feature are provided below; but please note that these demos were recorded some time ago and our Data NFT features are a lot more mature today.
Data Coalition DAOs
Data Coalitions enable for the bulk-selling of personal data and are advanced DAOs that anyone can stake their data assets on and delegate permission for the DAO to trade the data in the best interest of the Coalitions’s members. This is our key feature in Itheum and is in active development, with an initial working version planned for release very soon. Learn more about Data Coalitions here
2) Partnership with PlatON to build a Secure Health Data Sharing use-case for the Asian market
We have partnered with PlatON (one of the largest privacy preserving tech providers with a large user base in Asia) to build a “secure health data sharing use-case” around the Red Heart Challenge (an app already built on Itheum with real world adoption). We are working with PlatON to augment our Trusted Computation Framework, which is a core product offering from Itheum to enable compute-to-data and privacy-preserving data sharing.
Technical Details of this use-case are provided here
Early development of the Trusted Computation Framework and integration with PlatON has already been completed as show below in a live demo video; with both teams now jointly testing it and upgrading the integration to use more of PlatON’s features.
Successful delivery of this integration will open large opportunities in the Asian health industry given Itheum’s and PlatON’s strong network in Asia. The Asian market is also a regulation friendly and health-tech friendly market so this is a very promising growth strategy for Itheum.
3) Data Coalitions for Hospitality Industry
We are exploring the setup of new Enterprise Data Coalitions DAOs for the Hospitality industry. Core Itheum team members have also founded one of the largest Hotel Management System software stacks used in the Asia/Middle-East markets and which has over 1400 clients in the Hospitality industry. The Data Coalitions DAO will allow for the data sharing of disparate data assets within this industry.
4) Continue Market Growth for OKPulse — Employee Wellness Data App
OkPulse is an app developed on Itheum and is already in the market. The app is currently used by multiple organisations as part of a beta trial. These employer organisations use OKPulse to keep a proactive check on their employees’ health and wellbeing. OKPulse is an advanced virtual employee wellness tool and has some powerful features like AI-enabled detection of early warning signs relating to Stress, Anxiety, Environmental / Tech Stress, Physical Wellness, Resilience, Work/Life Balance, Self Assurance, Leadership Support, Team Support and Loneliness. It also seamlessly integrates with corporate identify platforms likes Azure AD and Google and provides free employee wellness portals for users to keep a proactive check on their own data.
OkPulse is a key app that is showing strong adoption as it solves core wellness issues caused by the changing dynamic of how people work today (in hybrid or virtual work environments)

5) Build best-in-class UX via our “Early Community Adoption & Feature Testing” Program
As Itheum’s global community grows fast and as we build and ship complex features, we are dedicated to keep our community incentivised to participate in the new data economy. Our development, test and release cycle will actively involve our community members as feature-testers.
This grows our user base, as our community becomes active users of key products in our Data DEX (Data NFTs, Peer-to-Peer Sales, Data Coalitions) and the concept of data trade becomes something they become accustomed to.
Having such a large feature testing user-base also ensures we ship robust and solid software to market that has the right combination of security, privacy and user experience. We have reserved a large potion of our token allocations for adoption and community programs as we keep our users at the centre of our platform and build the best UX (user-experience) in the decentralised data tech market.

Itheum empowers data ownership in the Web3 and Metaverse ecosystems and creates new market value for your data. It enables this by providing “decentralized data brokerage” technology. It’s a suite of tools that enable high-value data to be bridged from web2 to web3 and then be traded via peer-to-peer sales. It allows for “viral adoption” via our creative “Data NFTs” (provide “inner value” to NFTs and enable royalties / limited supply) and “N.F.Me” technology (a living Metaverse avatar representation of you — wrapped as an NFT and backed by personal data) and our innovative Data Coalition DAOs (which bulk sell your data). It also aims to be fully privacy-preserving, regulation-friendly and cross-chain; making it the most comprehensive core blockchain data infrastructure available in the market with use-cases in both the enterprise and consumer space.
